Website Revamp, Brand Management and Performance Marketing

It was early 2016 when we met the Managing Director of Carnoustie Ayurveda & Wellness Resort. The 6 year old resort was already in the league of the best Wellness Retreats in the World with multiple global awards & accolades.
The requirement was simple – Drive Digital Transformation. Starting with developing a website to match the brand ethos and reach it’s potential client base across UK, Germany, Russia and Middle East.
We were addressing to the audience who were Chief Executives, Business Leaders and World Renowned Celebrities from across the world and attention to details was sacrosanct.
We successful revamped the website to the expectation of the brand custodians. The website was launched across multiple languages – English, Russian, German, Arabic and Chinese.
On launch – we executed an aggressive Digital Marketing campaign across all target markets which took the booking share of 15% direct guests to 85% within 2 years. We also recorded a repeat guest rate of over 50% which is a testimony to the quality of enquires generated by the campaign.
While the entire travel and hospitality industry suffered from the pandemic – Carnoustie retained its top of the mind recall among its elite guests and thrives to be the best in its class to date.
