Welcome to Leo Digital. By engaging with our services — including but not limited to Digital Marketing, Web Design, Production, Media Buying, and Printing & Stationery — you agree to the following terms:
- Scope of Services:
Services will be defined and agreed upon in the project scope document or invoice. Any deviation will require written approval and may incur additional costs. - Payment Terms:
All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delays in payment may lead to service suspension. - Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide timely access to content, feedback, or credentials required for service delivery. Project delays due to client-side inaction are not the responsibility of Leo Digital. - Intellectual Property:
Final creative and content output rights belong to the client upon full payment. Leo Digital retains rights to showcase the work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed. - Liability:
We do our best to ensure high-quality service delivery, but we are not liable for losses arising from external factors (platform bans, third-party issues, etc.). - Termination Clause:
Either party may terminate the engagement with 15 days’ written notice. In such a case, the client will be invoiced for the work completed until the termination date. - Disputes:
All disputes shall be resolved amicably, failing which they will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
